Is there shedding with the hair extension?

Anytime you cut the weft there will be shedding.  We suggest to do not cut the weft.  Hair wefts have very minimum shedding if you follow hair care instructions precisely.

We do not offer return or refunds at this time.  We do offer sample purchases prior to hair bundle purchases.

The sample purchase is a small portion of the actual hair weft bundle.  The sample purchase is a cut a weft.  The sample is to show the consumer: soft, silky feel of our hair product, the manageability and ability to be colored.

Can the hair be colored?

Yes, the hair can be colored/dyed. Our hair extensions are 100% virgin unprocessed hair. We suggest having a licensed professional color the hair to avoid over processing and possibility of damaging the hair.

Yes, the hair is measured true to length.  We even measured it to ensure client is receiving all their inches of hair.  We pride ourselves on the product we deliver.

How many bundles do I need to purchase?

For suggested lengths of 14” – 16” we suggest 2 or more bundles. For suggested lengths of 18” – 24” we suggest 3 or more bundles.  The longer the hair, the more bundles are needed to give it a fuller look.

How long does the hair last?

Hair weft extensions will last 6 months to a 1 year with proper hair maintenance.

Each hair bundle weighs approximately 3.2 – 3.5 ounces.

Should hair be washed prior to install?

Accepted Answer

We do recommend co-washing hair prior to installation. In addition, we recommend a strand test to avoid possible allergen reaction.

Hair care instructions

Please review the cleanliness of the hair prior to shampooing.  Over shampooing can dry out the hair and keep it from retaining its moisture.  Sometimes a co-wash or deep conditioner is all that is needed to cleanse the hair. Rinse hair fully with cool temperature water.
 
We suggest using Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Shampoo (yellow/orange bottle) and Garnier Fructic Triple Nutrition Conditioner (yellow/orange bottle). If using another brand of shampoo/conditioner, please ensure product is sulfate-free.
 
Deep condition hair for 15 – 30 minutes with a silicon mix.
A suggestion is to detangle hair while conditioner is still in the hair prior to rinse.  Use a paddle brush or wide tooth comb to detangle hair.  Only detangle hair when it is wet.  Make sure you detangle hair in sections.  Start from the  bottom of the hair and work your way up slowly when detangling hair.  Rinse hair fully with cool temperature water.
 
Please use a satin scarf or bonnet to wrap head of hair at night.  In addition, a satin pillowcase can be used as well
